The challenge
Jade had sixteen years of careful, medical-grade work behind her — but an online presence that didn't reflect that level of skill. In esthetics, trust is everything: clients need to feel the expertise and see the results before they book. The site also had to serve a bilingual market in both English and French.
The brief was to look as premium and reassuring as the treatments themselves, and to remove every bit of friction between interest and a booked appointment.
The strategy
We led with credibility and outcomes: years of experience, medical-grade approach, and a clear, honest description of each service. Booking was pushed front and centre, flowing straight into her existing booking platform so nothing was lost.
A bilingual structure (EN/FR) ensures every client reads the site in their own language — important for trust in a personal, results-driven service.
The design process
The aesthetic is soft, elegant and confident — a refined palette, generous spacing, and arched imagery that feels considered rather than clinical. Services and results are easy to scan, with a single, obvious 'book now' action repeated where it matters.
A journal section gives Jade a place to share expertise and build authority over time.
SEO improvements
We built a bilingual page structure with descriptive metadata, local keywords for Montreal's West Island and permanent-makeup and medical-esthetics terms, fast image-optimised loading, and service-level structure that search engines can read clearly.
